The space
Having 4 bedrooms, 5 beds and 3 bathrooms we can host up 12 people at one time.
* Bedrooms:
Every room is spacious and comfortably designed with a closet, a large space and plenty of day light.
- Room n#1 has a rustic feel with a King size bed that is very comfy. New linens are set in place periodically. This bedroom is quiet and dark for late sleepers. Private bathroom, Ceiling fan.
* Bedroom #2 has 2 comfortable full size beds and a large closet. Hallway bathroom.
* Bedroom #3 (Master Bedroom) has a comfortable King size bed facing the quiet and tropical back yard/Pool area and a comfortable bathroom - Great location among palm trees and tropical lush where there is plenty of natural shade and lots of sun. It also has a large futon/sofa, Ceiling fan and its own bathroom
* Bedroom #4 has a Queen size bed, Independent and comfortable. Hallway bathroom.
* Ground Floor:
Spectacular and inviting open floor plan that over looks the Pool area. It also has a full size bathroom in the hallway for guests.
* Living Room / Dining Room:
As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a spacious open space that includes an open dining area that sits 8 and a large and comfortable living area equipped with a large 65" HD flat screen Smart 4k HDTV mounted on the wall making this spot perfectly suitable for watching your favorite shows or even enjoying your favorite sports channel. Big windows from floor to ceiling adorn the entire Backyard floor place allowing you to have plenty of natural lighting and an outside view that overlooks the pool and back yard lush at all times.
* Kitchen:
This impressive home showcases a good size and spectacular fully equipped kitchen. It has everything you need while on vacation and only requires you to bring your favorite foods, spices and drinks. In addition to the granite countertop and cooking space, this kitchen has a bar sitting area and LED lighting under the counters (choose your favorite color).
* Back Yard:
Here is the fun! Surfers Paradise has a private and large back yard with a large table to eat and lounge chairs to catch a tan. This space is truly magnificent and it's a perfect place to relax.
* BBQ:
How can you have a vacation without a BBQ? We care for you so we have included this amenity for you to enjoy.

Leo’s place was perfect for our group of 11 celebrating my sister’s bachelorette party. Beds were comfortable, location was fantastic within walking distance to the beach, and the pool/outdoor seating was a nice oasis. Leo & Sebastian were very responsive and helpful. Would recommend for a big group!

This was the perfect place for my bachelorette! This is a beautiful home in a great location! It’s walkable to a couple brunch places and to the beach. There were 12 girls in my group and it was a great space. Leo and Sebastian are super nice and were very flexible with our early arrival and late departure flights. They were also super responsive to my questions I had leading up to the trip. Highly recommend this home!

Our stay at Leo’s Airbnb was quite enjoyable. The backyard pool made the house a great place to relax throughout any time of day. The kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking needs making it an affordable option from eating out every night. I would recommend our stay at Leo’s to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway to Fort Lauderdale!

Leo and Sebastian were very accommodating. The place was awesome - we really enjoyed our stay! Very clean and decorated nicely. Perfect for our girls group on a bachelorette trip. Thanks so much to our hosts for being so great and helpful! 10/10 would recommend.

Leo and Sebastian were excellent hosts! They allowed us early check in and the house was spotless. Sebastian was there waiting to greet us and showed us everything we needed to know about the house. The hosts were super responsive when we had a small issue with the door lock. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again!
